Customers are eligible to request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered.”
After 14 days, unfortunately, we may not be able to process your request unless the issue falls under warranty or product defect coverage.

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions, including the return address and tracking process.
⚠️ Please do not send any item back to the return address listed on your package label — it may not be the correct return facility and could delay processing.
💰 4. Return Shipping Costs
We try to make returns as simple and fair as possible:

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Yurpul will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, color change, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until we confirm your return has been processed.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or variation:

Once we receive your original item, we’ll process and ship the exchange promptly.

If the desired item is out of stock, you can choose to receive a refund or store credit instead.

Refunds may take a few extra days depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing time.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if:
