1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During this time, our team carefully verifies your order details, checks product quality, and prepares your package for shipment.

You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been confirmed and shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the product ordered.
Typical delivery estimates are:

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can use this link anytime to monitor your delivery progress directly on our Track Order page or the courier’s official site.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 days, please contact us at support@yurpul.com.


4. Shipping Fees

We offer affordable worldwide shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for most regions.

  • Free Shipping: On select products or orders over a minimum purchase amount (check product page or promotions).

Shipping costs (if any) are automatically calculated at checkout before payment.


5. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package when applicable.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s local customs office.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

Yurpul is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or import regulations.


7. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, Yurpul is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may request reshipment after paying a small reshipping fee.


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery period:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest updates.

  2. Contact your local postal carrier with your tracking number.

  3. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team — we’ll contact the courier and help resolve it quickly.

If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll resend your order or issue a full refund depending on your preference.


9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

For pre-order or backordered products, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. Your order will ship as soon as stock becomes available.


10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still return it after delivery under our Return Policy.
