Return policy
At Yurpul, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

Items purchased during final sale or clearance.

Products that have been used, worn, or altered.

Personal care or intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
2. How to Request a Return
To start your return:

Contact our support team at support@yurpul.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a short explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first — it may not be processed correctly.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), Yurpul will cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Note: It may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your bank or card statement depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please contact our team first. We’ll confirm availability and help you arrange the exchange.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@yurpul.com and we’ll assist you immediately.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send photos or a short video to our support email. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
8. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
